Does anyone know if there is something going on today? I feel like my house is being strafed.
I noticed a bill that was introduced for LA but not enacted: http://www.govtrack.us/
And another neighbor adds:
It would be good to get some input from our elected representatives of what we can do to stop this pollution in our neighborhood.
The helicopters are 'swooping' low to the ground. That makes the recent reports different from "normal" helicopter traffic.
